Avis Rent a Car

I wrote a previous review about Avis car rental where i really gave them a bad rating . They overcharged us on petrol, my km that was driven was wrong, and my husbands signature was forged .. But after long discussions and with the help from Outsurance, they paid back our petrol money. It is a good feeling to know that such a big company as Avis is prepared to listen to the small man on the street. Thank you Avis for listening to our problem, and not being to busy to finally sort it out for us.
