AVIS refund delays

My AVIS Ref No.: E ********** 12 Booked a rental online with AVIS - when I got to CPT Airport, there was some issue regarding my licence, hence I couldn't hire a vehicle. I understood and accepted that. Then last week I noticed an amount of +/- R 402.00 deducted from my account and was told it was a cancellation fee as I never collected the vehicle. I was there to collect my vehicle. Nonetheless, AVIS call centre has arranged for a refund - BUT I have to wait 10 days. That is ridiculous. My money was taken instantly. It has been 2 days since my refund has been processed, as per AVIS and no funds is reflecting. I need this to be processed ASAP!
