Avis car rental always check if there is any damage on the car before client take a rental car and on return with avis staff. In my case I returned the car in Vereeniging branch and we checked the car with on of their lazy employee who checked the car with me and the car was fine and after two days she sent me an sms telling me that the car is damaged and if the car was damaged she was supposed to tell me the very same time after checking the car with me in my presence. Now Avis is taking her fabricated story and they are busy harassing me with the emails and sms. They even ignore my response to their emails and give a client wrong contact number on their email so beware of this Avis they are very bad rental company.
