Avis preferred stinks

terrible customer service. so i have had many vad avis experiences, even as a preferred customer. but today i draw the with this unproffessional sham of a company. i arrived at OR tambo airport tired and sick. i went to the preferred counter only to discover that i forgot my preferred card. so that lady td ne u must get out of her line because was only for preferred customer who she needs to tend to. its customer policy not to let those people wait. if i want to be treated like a preferred customer i must make sure i have an electronic copy of the card to make sure i dont end up in this situation. basically ****** off. will never use Avis preferred or otherwise ever. Improve your customer service.
