Avis Preferred & Preferred Plus = USELESS program!

Dear fellow South Africans, please be aware of the Avis loyalty program called Avis Preferred & Avis Preferred Plus. This system is an absolute waste of time and if you do some research, because you are a loyalty program member, you get punished! Rates are higher when you are member of the loyalty program, service level are lower when you are a member of the program and if you ask for assistance, forget about it! So, please refrain from becoming part of this loyalty program, because you will get punished for that. Just a warning! Good luck fellow travelers!

Hello Avis, this is exactly what I mean with the most useless service / loyalty program you can imagine. Weeks and weeks go by and nothing from the so called Avis Team. Absolutely useless! Please fellow South Africans, try to stay away from the Avis experience, because the service and the loyalty program is an empty promise. YOU ARE ALL WARNED!

Your service is non existing and the so called Loyalty program is useless.
