Avis poor poor service

I’ve had to call Avis twice already for an overdue refund just to be told now only that you don’t have my banking details (which is strange because that’s what was asked for upon collecting the car). To make matters worse… no one was actually asking me directly for these details, how exactly do you intend to get them. The rental process already had its short comings which I expressed in the survey. You would think after I expressed dissatisfaction there, that I’d get my deposit timeously. But now, I have to follow up even for that and be told I must wait 5 working days after waiting 17 working days already. No man
