AVIS - POOR POOR SERVICE

I met with a rear collision with a hired car from Avis over two years ago. They made a FULL recovery from the Excess amount that I had paid. However, they are SITTING with the money. They have made no attempt to contact me or transfer the recovered amount. I now demand the full amount together with interest as the excess was deducted from my credit card and the bank charges interest. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE from Avis Car Hire. Maybe you should THINK TWICE before you use them.
