Avis Point to Point Cape Town

On Friday afternoon at 17h00 I was involved in an incident with a Avis vehicle driven by a chauffeur driver. He changed lanes in PEAK traffic and I had 2 option. To drive into the vehicle or to try and avoid an accident and swerved away and ended up against the curb. Resulting in severe damage to my vehicle. If I knew then what I know now I would not have done the same. I hooted and flashed my lights for the driver who ignored the situation that he caused and just drove on. Also drove over a solid road mark and all this while transporting a client. I contacted the office to report incident after which I was told it will be investigated only to get feedback that the so called driver don't know a thing. And I was informed that its cmpany policy that they do not take responsibility for my loss. My fellow road users please be very carefull when the arrogant and wreckless drivers of this company is close by. You going to end up with the mess and management cover for them. I expected much more of this leading Brand in Car Rental. I do have picture of this vehicle and eye witnesses that saw everything. I am fuming to say the least
