Avis point-to-nowhere

Avis point-to-point is pointless. Its disappointling, late and unprepared. I had a trip scheduled to the airport today. The driver did not arrive. He did not prepare, were not on time, because he didnt know roads are blocked. He is a driver, isn't he suppose to prepare? I had use uber.
