AVIS PINETOWN

Avis Pinetown, As I said in last review I forgot to mention that they found the car 3 hours later . My question is how did they find the car , I think it all a **** as you have to pay R2000.00 to get the car and this is refundable once car is rtn, So in the end of the day it cost me R4500.00 , My belonging of like R20k ect, and still no proof of anything , The car sat in the pound for over one week ,this could of been scratched and dented by tow trucks etc. Why should I pay them the excess if they have proof of nothing ?I called Avis Everyday and nobody knew anything and the Detective that works for them ,The rudest man I have ever spoken too.
