Avis, pay back my money!!!!

<p>I rented a car at Avis Randburg for almost 3 weeks, paid all the monies due to them including the deposit. I returned the car on the 05th August and was told i would get my refund within 7 days. Its been almost 2 weeks and to date i've had no call or email from them advising me of the progress up until i queried it. I was told to wait 48hrs and still nothing, what on earth is going on. My invoice shows an amount of R5639. 19 however my account was debited with + - R5800. I want my money back, DOC NO. ********** 66</p>
