Avis, pathetic with refunding Client's Money

I'm extremely upset in the way that Avis Car Rental Operates. They take the deposit immediately and, despite arrangements made with my Insurance Company, still charge for a few days rental, Without even Contacting me 1st. They just debited my account. Now that they have to refund all the money, I have to wait for the refund. It's Pathetic how they operate. Quick to take people's money Delaying tactics to refund the money. Yes, I'm still waiting for my Refunds.
