AVIS - PATHETIC
Returned the hired vehicle on 11/03/2023 to Avis in Cape Town. A holding deposit was taken from my bank account on the day of renting the vehicle. I was advised that the holding deposit will be released to me within the next few days. I have been following up with Avis since. It is the 30 March 2023 and after several phone calls, my money has not been released.
Consumers should be aware of such ****s as your funds are not returned
