Avis Paarl not doing the job right now im kept liable

I had the worst experience ever with Avis Paarl.I got a car rental on the 9Nov20.Inspections was done and a few faults was picked up.Marks on the left rims and scretches on the left door.When i got the car i asked the guy why is there so much black marks on the right side so he said its due to the packaging.For the 1st time on the 8th i took the car to valet for a nice clean only to return the vehicle back on the 9Dec2020.Inspection was done again and than it was discovered that there is a mark on the right side bumper.According to the lady Anneline i made the bump and than i did a home repair.How on earth would i do that.The only reason why that was picked up now was because of the deep clean that the vehicle had.When i got the car the whole right side was full of black glue on the side.Am i at fault now for the damages which was hidden under neath that black glue.This is really not on coz i looked after your vehicle.A deposit of R1500 was paid and now she cant tell me if i will get it back
