Avis Orlando

Recently I have gone to Avis in Orlando East Soweto, the lady that works there has no customer service, she doesn't smile she seems miserable even when liasing with customers plus she takes personal phone calls while she attends clients at the same time...the worst of it all,she never explained the contract to us, and when we had a minor accident on the road this is when they asked for R6000 for the tow truck to come because the car had the oil filter bust, we had paid deposit and we were briefly told it covers for accidents as well as if the car is returned with dents or not in a shape we had taken it. To our suprise when we swaved away on the road for a drink driver and in the process the oil filter bust,Avis demanded R6000 from us and without it, they told us they wouldn't help us.

I cannot believe what we have gone through, apparently when I shared the story with others they also stated that it's the worst car rental service there is.

I regret the day,I set foot at this branch! No mannerism and a bunch of ******* and manipulators.
