Avis OR Tambo will not be hailed!!!

To be fair the "normal" processes have become very slick. However their customer service, is atrocious. I am a so-called Preferred customer. I suspect I left my driver's license at OR Tambo preferred counter. I have been trying to hail them for more than 12 hours. Zero response. I a current holding for over 10 minutes, after the preferred service desk waited for an extremely long time to put me through. I want to start chewing the walls of my house I'm so frustrated. I'm going to have to drive 70kms to find out if they have it. Really, really really, not Trying harder. This is disgraceful
