AVIS OR TAMBO MARK USELESS

I booked a rental with Avis on Friday and when I was suppose to collect the car, a gentleman called Mark assisted me or more of a disservice. The guy swiped my card and took my money before explaining what I am getting. He offered me 100km per day whereas I wanted more KM's and he could try and give me more KM. Had to go to a different company.Mark was very unhelpful and couldn't careless about the inconvenience he caused me. Worse of all he gave me a customer service no to call and query my refund however their customer service is not working. He pretended to them himself and made me wait for more than 30 mins knowing very well that the call center was closed.
