Avis OR Tambo just terrible

I am a Avis President Club member and at Avis twice a week for the last 2 years, rent Avis vehicles more than 100 days a year, and have never received good service from Avis OR Tambo! All other Avis branches are excellent, but OR Tambo never has enough staff, you always wait 20-30 minutes for your car and then they never have vehicles available…. and I complained a hundred times, just means nothing!!! If you can, stay clear of Avis ORT!
