Most horrific car hire experience of my life. O.R. Tambo Avis, on a Friday, when everyone is tired, staff going home, please DONT USE THIS BRANCH. My experience, with a young child travelling with me, has traumatised the child. She has emotional trauma from the experience. I was spoken to rudely, verbally abused, threatened with a 12.5 deposit then granted a favour of a 2500 deposit. I'm not a newbie in travel. I have google photos with 700 000+ views. There must be many people that go down to the dungeon of Avis care hire at OR Tambo to find themselves being harassed in this way.
