Avis Ontdekkers - Sibusiso

I was given a courtesy vehicle following a vehicle claim I had for hail damage. The courtesy vehicle that was given by Avis Ontdekkers was dropped off on the 30th January , in which I had to call back the following day confirming if the vehicle was received in a good condition and spoke to Sibusiso who promised to go check and call me back in a few minutes to provide feedback. 7 days later , nothing has been received. Is he still perhaps still fetching the vehicle from Cape Town to give me a call back ?
