AVIS NOT REVERSING FUNDS AFTER CAR RETURNED 14 DAYS LATER

I rented a car from Avis almost 2 weeks ago and to date my deposit has still not been refunded .

I have sent numerous emails & called the call centre but i keep on getting told that my query will be resolved but it never gets resolved .

I cannot believw that Avis is so unprofessional .
