Avis not responding
I have rented a vehicle from Avis(one-way) rental *** and has been billed R1534.78 Excluded vat due to damage. After several phone calls and e-mails asking for a detailed invoice for the damage there was no respond from Avis.
I did send a photo from the report that was in the rental stating that there was already damage on this specific vehicle (22/12/2023) but to no avail. I have only used the vehicle for 157 kilometers.
Avis arrogancy and ignorance will bring them nowhere and I will name and shame them until I get a respond/clarity from them. 🤬
