Avis not refunding the deposit
Avis Re refunding of deposit We return vehicle on the 29/03/2023 and is still waiting to be refund. After numerous calls and emails and promises of refunding within 48 hours, the matter is still outstanding.

Please be advised that your bank advised that the holding deposit that was held in your account when you collected the vehicle was released and made available for you to use, at the moment there is nothing we are holding in your account.
Kindly note that when your bank releases the hold, the amount will not come back into your account as a credit but fall back on your available funds.
