Avis Not Refunding Deposit
Case: uiPl7F, ***] We have been waiting since 16 January 2024 for refund of our deposit. Supp**** banking details on return of vehicle on 16 January. Was informed it would not take longer than 24 days. Received email requesting banking details. Supp**** it again. Received sms requesting banking details again. Again sent banking details. Sent various emails, no refund. Received phone call for review, complained about no refund. Promised to escalate. Still no refund. Worst company for rental of vehicle as deposit not refunded.
