Avis not paying my deposit

I rented a car with Avis and returned my car on the 5th of May 2022 I called them on the 11th asking about my deposit they said they will release on the day I then called again on the 13th the lady said the lady said the money was not released she will release it .. I called again on the 16th the guy I spoked to said the money should appear in my account they have a problem with the bank . The money has not appeared in my account and now I have to use my airtime to call them again so they can tell me stories .. I am frustrated with them
