You get a car and they note that there are minor dents and scratches, yet when you return it, they claim you have damaged the vehicle. My biggest mistake was not taking pictures when I got it.

Insurances should just have their own rentals so we can avoid these ****s. Second time this is happening and I kept quiet the first time. If you can avoid hiring from them, I suggest you do that.
