AVIS NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY BEWARE OF THIS TACTIC
TWICE I HIRED A VEHICLE FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL, AVIS CAR RENTAL AND I WAS NEVER REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT AND FURTHERMORE THEY SWIPE YOUR CARD IN DOLLARS , ALTHOUGH OUR CURRENCY IS RANDS. I HAVE HIRED CARS BEFORE AND NO CAR HIRE COMPANY SWIPES IN DOLLARS.<br> MY FIRST HIRE WAS 3RD JULY 2015 AND THE SECOND WAS 27TH DECEMBER 2015.<br>
