Avis never paid back my holding deposit over 2 months now

<p>I rented a car in downtown cape Town from Avis. I kept calling to get my refund back or holding deposit. I call the call centre the consultants keep telling me that the have forwarded my request to the bank. This was during easter this year and tI'll now the amount was never settled in my account. Your car rental service is convenient but your after sales is extremely horrible.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reference numbers to confirm this. They keep promising to send emails and that it has been escalated. I'm still waiting to date for communication from them. The car was returned with a full tank.</p> <p>So I don't know what the problem or delay is.</p> <p>Not happy at all. I just want my money. I feel you have not met your end of the contract. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
