Avis Nelspruit...Worst car rental company

<p>Returned a rented vehicle to Nelspruit Avis secured parking and left keys in the vehicle which i always do.</p> <p>Apparently keys ****** out of vehicle.</p> <p>They now demanding 3k.</p> <p>Despite me telling them I always do this the manager comes back with a response...Client Billing to remain.</p> <p>In the past 5 years I have never returned keys to their offices and this was acceptable.</p> <p>I have now cancelled all future trips with Avis for all my staff..+- 30 regular travellers...let them do the maths...a loss of 15-20k per month.</p>
