Avis nelspruit bad service

On Monday morning i arrived at avis car rental in nelspruit to pick up the car outsurance has arranged for me while my car is being fixed,as its school Hollidays my 6 year old son was with me. The pannelbeater dropped us off and came in to make sure that the car was booked and left after he was sure we were sorted. The lady asked me to pay the amount due and i by accident took my wife's credit card and she mine she would not accept it no problem i said ill give you cash im just short with a few hundreds can jou pls help me to get to an atm she said no i have to walk i said oky where is the closet atm and she rep**** i dont know mabe at riverside mall. Is was shocked and asked her how can i walk that far with a 6 year old and i practically begged her to finish the rental and give me the car ill leave all my belongings with her and come right back she refused and said the is nothing she can do to help me.so we walked about 8km to withdraw the money. I was shocked that she was so unhelpfull and couldn't care less attitude regarding my 6 year old he still has blister under his feet. unacceptable
