Avis Monthly Car Hire

Very disappointing with misleading on some of the context of the promotion they're running. They're saying this "We are accepting payment on approved debit cards. Please use the debit card verification tool at the bottom of this page to confirm if your debit card will be accepted." on the website and I went on to test my first 6 digit numbers of my card and this is what I got "Debit card with bin number ****** will be accepted."

With the information above I went to call Avis Sunninghill to help me make a booking, everything was fine until we got to the payment methods which I was trying to verify if Thandi Mthembi consultant there, only to be told something else.

My question is does Avis update it's employees about this or their website administrator just write any piece to entice the offers?

Disappointed with this because most of them seems like they don't what they're doing or they don't get updated.
