Avis: Monopoly in disabled transport from or to OR Thambo Airport

On Friday 3 Nov Avis picked me up at OR Thambo. I am a paraplegic. I need transport while seated in my wheelchair as I can not transfer into a car. The cost for one trip to my house one way: R2125.00 (and I tipped driver also.)

Compared with Cape Town: Sport24Hours transport one way is only R800.

Avis have a monopoly and are '****ing' the disabled with outrageous costs. And Avis taxi is pilapidated inside.. floor cladding all teared up. Safetybelt nearly non exixtant.

Can someone else try to assist disabled with transport please.
