Avis Mini Laese

Long story short, Avis Mini lease dd 16/09/2015 - 15/12/2015 would have cost me R 19529.91 for the three months, I have paid up to 02/12/2015 - R21506.98 with all the mistakes so clearly I am not at fault. Today I received a long story from the branch manager about this and that and what I did wrong and this and that. She also asked me to let her know if I would like to keep the Vehicle this was on 2015/12/11 at 8:35 I was in a couple of meeting so only read the mail at around 12:00 pm and before I could gather the strength to respond I receive a call from reception 13:41 , its Avis and they are here to collect the Vehicle. Avis have no idea what's going on, they are clueless and clearly covering up their own mistakes by treating me like a ********. <br> <br> Honour the first Mini lease 1***-ZA-6 which will expire on 15/12/2015 seeing that I have long paid for it. <br>
