Avis Midrand Double-Debit Nightmare!!! :( :(

Avis Midrand took a deposit from me off of my card. I returned the vehicle and was told the money would be back in my account in two days. I spoke to "Bongie" who told me (last Monday) I would definitely have my money by Wednesday latest. Wednesday came and went. Nothing. On Friday , ANOTHER debit went off my account. Bongie assured me my deposit would be back in by Saturday. Guess what? It's now Saturday and I still haven't got anything back! I left a message for Bongie to call me back. She did not. I then managed to get her on the phone. After a useless discussion where no solution was offered, she hung up on me! I will NEVER EVER use Avis again! I am fuming!
