Avis Menlyn is *****ed and doesn't provide any client service.

Very pathetic service from Avis Menlyn. We had a rental after we were involved in a accident. After parking the rental under our carport and constantly phoning Avis for 3 days to come amd collect as they were instructed to do the windscreen was chipped (I assume by the gardening service) the vehicle was eventually collected 3 days late. On their books they checked in in on the day it was was supposed to be collected and want to hold me liable for the repairs. I have proof they collected it on different date than they indicated. After constantly calling and going to the branch the matter has still not been resolved. I have called the branch manager and left multiple messages but clearly she doesn't feel like giving feedback. Absolutely disgusting service!
