Avis ****med me demanding R8085

Hello Peter, I rented a car from Avis Pretoria in March 2023,they delivered a car Nissan magnite reg:KZ07CKGP to my ADDRESS, on inspection there was a cracked windscreen which was captured in their system, we verified it, I returned the car as per agreement on the 31/06/2023 with full tank of petrol, I started to receive their invoice stating that I am owing them R8085, I called to verify what was the credit for, they told me that I was charged for the windscreen the same one they brought the car to me cracked, and extra day, I send the car back on the day I was told to return it the 31/03/2023 with full tank of petrol I took pictures of the car and dashboard when I returned it, my Avis ***, the company is a ****, they charge for things that are not applicable, I have the smses they sent me for when I must return the car, and I did as instructed, pictures saved and their voice call recording when explaining to me what the credit is for, I need help, they must stop ****ming their customers, and the insurances must know that hiring cars from Avis is not safe for their clients we are ****med
