Avis Manitance plan is waste for your car

I have maintenance plan with the that I took 2016 for my car.

last week I had a problem with my car , called them for my query the said they cant assist.

I asked for second opinion they told me that someone went to check my car and they don't want to give the report.

instead they are rude with no proper customer service and they don't want to respond on emails for proper trail. Specifically VAP ladies Busi and Refilwe they are very unprofessional.

Im very stressed my kids are not going to school any more and exams are around d the corner.
