Avis making a misyake and I musy pay - This is *******!!!

I rented a vehicle last Thursday. I told the lady I am going to return the vehicle in george and NOT Cape Toen. She did not even mention a one way fee, she just said we should update it via the call centre and all will be fine. When we phoned, the said we should pay a one way fee of R900.

I phoned, she apologised for her mistake and said she will try to waive the fee and will phone back. She never did.

Now I try to call and when they hear it is me, they hang up.

They are making me oay for their mistakes!!!
