Avis - lying *******

They are a lying disgusting bunch of *******. Rented a small car for 1 - day from AVIS OR Tambo. The vehicle rental cost was R913,00 and I took some added insurance cover for windscreen and tyre. They debited my account for the R913.00 on the 27th of April 2026 and then on the 28th of April 2026 they took another R3500.00 off my account. They claim that there is a tiny ding on the outside edge of the drivers door and I must be responsible!!!!!. I told them in no uncertain terms that it was not me and you have ********ly ****** money from my account. They have your money and don't give a **** - furthermore the cost to repair the tiny ding would have been R300 to R500 from one of these ding and dent mobile centers. Their charge to me R2 200.00 plus an outlandish R480.00 damage admin fee and then the fuel refill cost claimed is that I used 9 liters of fuel for a 70km total trip - absolute bull**** and I have fought with them and they come back with nothing except - we have taken your money and no you are getting nothing back - lying horrible cretins. We must stand together and deal with AVIS once and for all - stop renting cars from Avis. The lying thieving *******s are regularly *****ing peoples deposits money - to bolster their company earnings - you *******s. Someone like Carte Blanche or Devi need to investigate these ****s. Where we are *****ed is that you have to provide a credit card and once they have that they can at will take the money out of your account for the smallest most insignificant thing. ***** them, I hate people that we the public have to give access to our funds for so called "Deposits" it's bull**** and treated as extra income for AVIS.
