Avis Luxury Car Rental Administratie Nightmare

I have rented a Golf R from Avis Luxury Cars at OR Tambo Airport on the 29 Feb 2020. At pick up I had to pay R40,000 deposit as well as R4,800 rental deposit. Vehicle was returned on 1 March 2020. A further R3,400 was taken from my account on 8 March for the actual rental with Avis still reserving t he original R4,800 on my account. I have phoned and sent numerous emails to date but my issue is still not resolved. I worked with Shaheed Karels who to date has still not resolved my issue. Great experience at the beginning turned into an administrative nightmare two weeks later. I would strongly urge customers not to make use of this service.
