Avis loveday lies

I am very disappointed with AVIS LOVEDAY in Johannesburg cbd. On 2 occasions I have received bad service from the old man who delivers and receives cars. I am a regular corporate client and on a recent occasion the old man delivered the car at my office on the 30th September 2019 when he delivered the car he said he had already done the inspection and the was nothing wrong with the car and then he went on and showed me that there is a spare wheel. On Friday the 4th October I returned the car at the loveday branch and the same old man received the car, surprisingly he informed me that there is one wheel that is flat and then he opened the boot and took out a spare wheel flipped it over and showed me a bolt on the spare wheel and suddenly claims that I damaged it and that he showed it to me when he delivered the car I travel a lot and when i use other car rental companies I have never received such horrible service and LIES on top of that

1 how did he know there was a problem with a wheel before seeing it 2 he lies to a client 3 it’s clear that there could be some ***** somewhere 4 he wasted my time 5 emotionally abused me 6 this is not the only case I am still receiving SMS’s for untruthful claims because of this man
