Avis Loveday Johannesburg-Thami Review

Yesterday i received a call from Avis that the Ford Fiesta that i had picked up last week had to go in as it was being "de-fleeted", Leroy then indicated that the car would be swoped. I arrived at Avis on Loveday to do the swop then yesterday i was given a Ford Figo which i then was unhappy about as the handling was just not to what i expected. I called this morning and was advised to come pick up a swop, on arrival i was assisted by Thami who ensured that i got to give back all my feedback on the Figo which i would never ever take anywhere coz if locally it was a challenge i dreaded taking it to the open road. Thami was a super star as even got help to move my stuff from the miniature boot *as others had to be put on the back seat as they could not fit in the boot*, this for me is excellent service and being a real ambasaddor as he went above and beyond. Keep shining Thami:-)
