Avis lost all customer trust

Avis charging me for 1115 km when I only used the car for 60 Km. I was on a business trip in CPT and only drove the car to Westin Hotel and back to the Cape town International Airport. This ****************!!! You have just lost a customer that made use of your services for 2 weeks a month.
