Avis logging a non-existent fine against me
Avis has logged a non-existent fine against me. The fine notice number doesn't exist on PayCity or any other site where fines can be checked.
I, immediately, let Avis know that the fine doesn't exist - NO RESPONSE. It's been a month and half now without response.
Checked today, and the notice number STILL doesn't exist.
Funny how my card was already charged with an admin fee, but the fine is non-existent.
I understand if there is a fine, it does take time to move to my ID number, however, the fine notice number should always exist. Which is doesn't.
