Avis likes to ***** money sneaky-sneaky

<p>Happened to me twice in a row now. You book a car online, accept the quote, when you pick up the car, they place a hold on your card, and when you return the car, they charge you higher than what they quoted you. Then they have a real hard time to explain why this is and lots of talk and excuses (and can not come up with a proper reason). Then you have to spend YOUR time and YOUR money to get THEM to rectify THEIR fault.</p>
