Avis King Shaka - shocking!!!
Car was hired for less than 24 hours, travelled for less than 200km (Dbn to PMB and back) and returned back to King Shaka with a full tank of fuel and yet I was charged for over ****m and a full tank of petrol. You have kept in excess of R4000 of my deposit. You are *******. Call was logged with your customer care and there has been no response . Avis King Shaka airport are *******.My reservation number ***8za3. SORT THIS OUT

03 Feb 2023, 18:56It’s not only the fuel, you charged me for 489 km that I didn’t do. I drove to PMB from Durban and back which is less than 200km. Where did the extra 489 km com from? Someone is not doing their job. I expect a refund on the extra kms that you billed me for as well as the fuel cost
