Avis King Shaka *****ing money!

Returned my car on the 14th Feb only to be told 5 days later by SMS that I owe them R 1,680 for damages. No explanation nothing! After sending multiple emails someone finally got back to me with pictures of a car door, nothing visible. Clearly running a side business of *****ing money from customers through "**** damages to cars". Shocking communication and disgusting attitude from managers. Reading the reviews I am not the only one!!!
