Avis jhb saves the day

I recently had the misfortune of having to make a hail claim on my car Insurance. My Insurance company assured me that they will arrange to have my car collected and a hire car delivered to my work. The car was collected and I was called and informed that the car hire company was unable to deliver until the next day or 2.even if I went to the car hire company, they would not have the car covered in my policy. Being stranded about 46 km away from home with no transportation, I had no choice but to arrange to go to the Avis office in jhb. I was pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and service of the avis consultant. He was patient, explained everything and quick to understand my situation. He informed me that they had just received the type of Vehicle I had requested. He arranged the paperwork, and had me ready for the Road in 10 minutes. The service completely changed my mood from frustration and disappointment to very satisfied. Kudos to Avis jhb
