Avis isn't the only option

See e-mail written to Avis - I'm going back to Europcar - they're WAY better! To all of you at Avis, I think you are the most ************ bunch ☹

You have loaded the invoice with extras that were neither asked for nor expected. When we were at the counter to fetch the car, the woman at the time was told expressly : “Ms W Millar would be doing the driving, and NOT Ms D Jones, as she was nervous driving on freeways! Ms Jones’ only purpose, was to pay with her credit card, since I do not have a credit card and you don’t accept cash or debit cards! (Which, in itself, is extremely inconvenient) – then you charge us for an additional driver – SHAME on you! Secondly, that ****** chip in the windscreen was there when we fetched the car, however NO Avis official was present to hand the car over, (a cleaning lady opened the boot showed us the necessary and that was the sum total of the check) the underground garage was dark and therefore we noticed the chip only when we got home! You have the nerve, because of your Avis “team’s” incompetence, to charge US for someone else’s damage!
