Avis is useless

I recently went to a avis car sales near by to see what trade in value i could get for my car .... as I arrived and spoke to the consultant they seemed very helpful at first but then they started accusing my car or being in a accident which i found very unprofessional as I had all the relevant documents to show proof as it has been serviced regularly and we'll taken care of, finally after all the altercation, I was assured that I was going to get a phone call within 2 hours, I've sat and waited for hours no call i then had to call them back, and they state to me that they still waiting for a trade in value and 1week later I've been still waiting for a call from them ...

Avis is very useless and unprofessional....
